Don’t think twice of getting your inspection done with Sean. It was for a home purchase thus time is critical. He arrived early to start the inspection and walked us through his detailed observations. He is very thorough, very easy to talk to and very open to questions; you’ll never feel shy or uncomfortable. What makes it so much better is that he finished the report the night of when the inspection was completed (with lots of photos and specific details). He’s awesome and it will be very hard to find another inspector as DILIGENT, THOROUGH, RESPONSIVE and PROFESSIONAL like Sean.
